Act as point of escalation for the team ensuring swift onward escalation of any operational issues requiring management attentionResponsible for team cross training, facilitate training by providing and/or coordinating team study sessions, undertaking one to one development reviews and snapshots ensuring duties are evenly and fairly distributedProactively review and maintain desktop procedures relating to day to day processes.
